About Our Wigs

Are Purely Hair Wigs made from real human hair? 

Yes! All of our wigs are made from 100% raw/v, unprocessed human hair — sourced with care to ensure premium quality, softness, and longevity.

What types of wigs do you offer? 

We specialize in glueless HD lace wigs — available in closure and frontal options (4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 9x6 closures, and 13x6 frontals) with densities from 180% up to 300% plus more.

What makes Purely Hair Wigs different? 

We focus on luxury, representation, and convenience. As an Australian-based brand, we offer premium quality wigs without the long overseas shipping times, and every unit is fully customized for comfort and confidence. 

Customization & Styling

Can I customize my wig? 

Yes! Each wig can be tailored to your preferences — from colour, length, and density, to parting and fit.

Do you offer install or styling services? 

Yes, we now offer professional install services and additional styling options. You can book these when you place your order or contact us directly. 

Can I tone, bleach, or dye my wig? 

Absolutely! Since our wigs are made with 100% raw human hair, you can safely colour, tone, or style them just like your natural hair. 

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes, we offer  worldwide shipping! Our Australian customers also enjoy fast local delivery on in-stock items. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

For ready-to-ship wigs, expect delivery within  3–7 business days (AU)
Custom units take  5–10 business days depending on your specifications. 

How can I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey. 

Payments & Returns

What payment options do you accept? 

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay for easy and flexible payments.

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, wigs cannot be returned once worn or altered. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review and resolution. 

Maintenance & Care

How do I care for my wig? 

Gently wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, and store in a satin bag or on a mannequin head. We’ll include a  care guide with every purchase. 

How long will my wig last? 

With proper care, our wigs can last 3 –5+years or longer, depending on use and maintenance.
